LED Lights
LED lights are the catalog’s upgrade category: high-brightness headlight bulbs with direct-fit sockets (H4, H7, etc.) and auxiliary light bars. They replace halogen bulbs for better output and longer life. For exporters, the key is socket fitment, thermal design, and compliance with the target market’s lighting regulations.

Selection Guide
Confirm the socket type
H4/9003, H7, H11 and others are not interchangeable — confirm the vehicle’s socket before quoting to avoid fitment returns.
Check thermal design
LEDs need effective heat dissipation (aluminum body, fan or passive cooling) to hold output and avoid early failure.
Mind regulation
Some markets restrict LED retrofits for road use; clarify whether the buyer needs off-road or road-legal product.
Certification matters
CE and RoHS are baseline for export; additional regional approvals depend on the destination.

Procurement Concerns
What a buyer should verify before committing an order in this category.
Lumen & CCT inflation
LED marketing is full of inflated lumen claims. The honest spec is delivered lumens per watt and a stated CCT (color temperature), ideally with an integrating-sphere test report. Ask for the actual lm and CCT, not a "10,000 lumen" sticker.
Fitment & CANbus
Sockets (H4/H7/H11) are not interchangeable, and many modern vehicles trigger a bulb-error warning without a CANbus decoder. Confirm the socket and whether the vehicle needs a decoder to avoid flicker and dashboard errors.
Service life & thermal design
LEDs die from heat, not age. An effective thermal design (aluminum body, fan or passive cooling) and a quality driver determine lifespan far more than the chip itself. A unit that overheats fails fast and visibly.
Storage humidity
Drivers and solder joints are sensitive to moisture and ESD. Keep bulbs sealed and dry; humidity-induced corrosion in the driver is a silent early-failure cause that looks like a bad batch.
Export packaging & certification
LED bulbs are fragile and compliance-led. Individual boxes protect the assembly, and CE / RoHS / EMC documentation is baseline for most markets. Missing certifications, not missing lumens, is what blocks an LED order at customs.
LED headlights are the category where a cheap unit fails fastest — overheating kills the chip, and a flickering or dead bulb is a visible, immediate complaint. I would lead with thermal design and certification rather than lumen claims, because buyers who have been burned once will pay for a product that lasts. Compliance (CE, RoHS, and destination approvals) is the real moat here, and it is worth investing in before scaling volume.
Procurement Q&A
Are your LED bulbs road-legal everywhere?
LED retrofits are regulated differently by country. We supply off-road and upgrade LED products and can advise on the destination market’s requirements.
What sockets do you carry?
H4/9003, H7 and other common sockets, plus auxiliary light bars. We add sockets based on demand.
What is your MOQ for LED products?
Around 200 units per model, 20 per carton, with CE and RoHS documentation provided.
How do you verify lumen and CCT claims?
We specify delivered lumens per watt and a stated CCT, supported by an integrating-sphere test report on request. We avoid inflated "peak lumen" stickers and quote the honest, sustained output.
Do your LED bulbs need CANbus decoders?
Some modern vehicles trigger a bulb-error warning without a decoder. We confirm the vehicle and advise whether a decoder is required to avoid flicker and dashboard errors before you order.
What certifications do you provide?
CE and RoHS are baseline on every LED product, with EMC documentation available. We advise on destination-market approvals before you commit, because compliance — not lumens — is what clears customs.
What is the warranty on LED bulbs?
We stand behind thermal design and driver quality with a warranty on our LED products. The failure mode we design against is heat, so a well-cooled unit lasts far longer than a cheap high-lumen bulb.
